I can't take a picture in my app. Print

There are 3 possible reasons causing this:

1) The camera lens is obscured by a cover or finger

2) There is not enough memory space on your device

3) The privacy settings are not set to allow Morpheus access to camera

Please ensure that all your privacy settings are correct by

a) Going to the Settings icon from the home screen of the device. (This is where you have all your apps such as camera, photos, safari, Morpheus app etc)

b) Scrolling downwards on the left hand side until you see the Morpheus App and click on it.

c) Make sure that any setting to do with "camera" is allowed
