Please Note! Resetting your database will remove all data from your Morpheus app. Make sure to first submit any audits or orders that are ready for upload.


Step 1) Click on "Settings" in the top right corner of the app(cog icon).

Step 2) Click on "Application Information".

Step 3) Swipe downward on the "Application Information" screen using three fingers to reveal a box asking for "Advanced options PIN".

Step 4) Contact Morpheus Support for this PIN and enter it to reveal "Advanced Options".

Step 5) Click on "Reset Database" and then "Ok"
