You need to make sure your Location Services are on.


1) Click on the "Settings" icon on your iPad home screen.

2) Click on "Privacy".

3) Click on "Location Services" (currently, your location services should indicate as being "off")

4) Click on the button next to the words "Location Services" to turn it green. This will enable location services on your device.

5) The next step will be to make sure that your company app has the correct permissions. Scroll down on the left to the bottom of the screen and click on "Morpheus Commerce".

6) On the right of the screen make sure "Location" is set to "While Using".
