Requesting stores that are not on your call cycle
Sometimes you will need to visit stores that are not on your call list for the day. You can do this by doing the following:
Step 1) On the application dashboard, tap on “Request Store”.
Step 2) Enter the store name in the search bar or scroll through the list and select the store you wish to request.
Step 3) Once you have selected the store you wish to request, tap on “Request Customer” and then tap “Yes” when prompted.
Step 4) The store you requested will now be synced to your device and can now be found on your call list.
