The process is the same as adding a single product.
You must first make sure that all the products included in the Item Kit are in the system and have relevant details, such as pricing, vendors and variants. How do I check if a product is in the system?
Step 1) Go to Products in the menu on the left hand side
Step 2) Choose Item Kits-> Add New
Step 3) Type in the name of the Item Kit and press "Add"
The next screen should look somewhat familiar to you by now.

General- make sure you have named you item kit (you can change the name here), add a tag to help identify it; add any specifications such as an SKU number, weight and dimensions; base and selling price will be automatically pulled through from your Product information, but you can set tax rules and minimum/maximum order quantities; add product descriptions if you wish

Products- one by one start typing the products you want to add to the Item Kit, choose the quantity required and click "Add"

Images- upload an image for your Item Kit

Category- allocate your Item Kit to a category, or create a new category

Variants- decide on how Item Kits will be packaged given the variations to each product and several item kits will be constructed for you

Units of Measure- define how Item Kits are packaged, as single units, packs of 4, or a case with 2 packs
