There are various ways you can tell where in the order process you are:
Option 1 - View all orders page:
- Scroll your mouse over Sales/Orders/List All.
- By clicking on Open, To Be Fulfilled, Processing, To Be Invoiced and Completed, you can see orders relevant to that particular part of the process.
- If you click on All, you will see all the orders- the top one being the last order made- regardless of status.
- On the right hand side of each order there is a line of colour: red, orange or green.
- Red = Open Quote (order has not been placed)
- Orange = Partially Fulfilled (at least one of the actions has been started)
- Green = Order has ben fully fulfilled and completed
Option 2 - from within the actual order:
- From within the actual order, at the top of the page there is a progress bar which will show you how far along in the process you are and what has been completed.
- The first tab is Summary, where you can see a fully summary, including what you have ordered, and the status of each section of fulfilment.
