Please go through the following steps:


  1. See that you have internet connectivity and that you can browse the internet (try google something in Safari)
  2. Check that there is no Morpheus app currently on your dashboard. Delete the icon if you have one.
  3. Close your internet browsers, it’s possible you were on an old link
  4. Close all the open apps (just in case)
  5. Reboot your device
  6. Try to download it again- make sure you are using the link sent to you by the relevant person in your company
