Customer Information will now have a red exclamation mark if you are visiting a customer and their existing location for the customer is not near your actual location. This means you will have to capture the correct GPS coordinates. We now give you the ability to capture GPS coordinates directly from the app. To do this, simply do the following:

  1. On the customer dashboard, click on Customer Info.

  2. Click on Locations on the bottom of the screen.

  3. Click on Edit in the top right corner.

  4. Click on the Pencil Icon next to the coordinates section.

  5. Now click on Find User Location. The app will locate your current position.

  6. Once the app finds you, simply click on Use This Location.

  7. When done, click on Save. Your updates will upload and sync automatically.
