When a user visits a customer they will be shown exactly what needs attention. Customer info, Audits and Orders will all have Red Exclamation marks if any action is required. Some are compulsory such as any compulsory audits which will need to be completed before a user can check out. Others such as customer info and orders serve as warnings so that users do not forget to action them.
