If you would like to visit a customer who is not on your call list you can simply request the customer from your device.


Step 1) Log in with your username and password.

Step 2) Click on "My Bookings/Call List"

Step 3) Click on "Request Customer" and then search for the customer you would like to audit.

Step 4) click on "Request" next to the customer you would like to request.

Step 5) After requesting the store, click on "Refresh" to sync the customer info to your device.
