Yes, it sure can! You can add or remove stores, individually or as a bulk action.


Individually:

  1. Go to Audits-> Calendar
  2. Choose the rep whose call cycle you want to edit and press "Go'
  3. Here you can make changes, and there is a legend/key explaining what's going on
  4. To Remove a store: click on the store you want to remove. A pop up message will appear and in the top right hand side there is a the option to "Remove This Store from Day"
  5. To Add a store: Simply click on the green option "+ Add More Stores" at the bottom of the list on a particular day. To Re-Add a store: If a store has been removed (crossed out), click on that store and a pop-up message will appear. At the bottom of this message there is the option to "+ Add Store Back to Day"

Bulk Action:
  1. Go to Audits-> Calendar
  2. Choose the rep whose call cycle you want to edit and press "Go'
  3. Here you can make changes, and there is a legend/key explaining what's going on
  4. On the top right hand corner of the particular day, there is a little trash can- click on it
  5. A pop-up message will appear where you have several options: you can chose which action you want to take by filtering several reps, a specific manager and dates
  6. You will always be asked to give a reason for the action, so it can be traced at a later stage (if need be)
  7. Click "Bulk Store Removal" at the bottom right hand corner
