Resetting your database will bring in all your calls again, regardless if you have completed them or not.


As long as the device was synchronized before the reset and "Ready for Upload" indicator reads as "0", all of your completed calls were delivered to the server and the audit has been reflected.


There are several places to find the "Ready for Upload" indicator:

1) On the Main Dashboard

2) On the Audits Dashboard (go to the left hand side menu and click on Audits-> Dashboard)
