You need to "Refresh Daily Calls". Remember this may take a while depending on the speed or strength of your internet connection.


1) Click on the little circle with an arrow in the top right hand corner. This is the synchronize icon.

2) Click on "Refresh Daily Calls".


Your device must be functional either via WiFi or 4G. If you are unsure as to whether or not you are connected to the internet, try browsing the internet (search for something on google).

Alternatively, your daily call lists have not yet been uploaded by admin. If you synchronized your device and call lists do not appear, please contact the appropriate admin person at your company.
